Food may be fuel, but it’s also something to enjoy. Cooking shouldn’t have to be stressful or time-consuming. Cooking should, in fact, be accessible for everyone —because everyone needs to eat.
There are different levels of cooking. There is cooking from a recipe, there is cooking from memorization, and there is cooking from scratch. Most college students don’t have the time to set aside two hours to make something for themselves; they’re busy with papers, tests, extracurricular and work . There’s no time to make a classic, slow, home-cooked meal ,but in a Hotel Management College students get expose of different types of food and drink and get to learn how to make them .

you don’t have to be born to cook to learn how to cook. You don’t even have to memorize anything to cook a meal. There are plenty of simple recipes that are great for beginners; all you have to be able to do is follow a set of directions. Once you get the hang of those, you can move on to more complicated dinners and desserts which, still, only require the ability to follow directions.
In the kitchen Students start from basic cooking and reach up to advanced level cooking in three years of their course sometime recipes doesn’t come out as per standard and that’s the learning for them . They learn how to do cuttings of
vegetable, meat and Fish . making of basic sauce, bread and dessert in the kitchen .
The ingredients they see or use in the college are very exclusive which they have not seen before like saffron ,International cheese(Mozzarella and parmesan ) Truffle ,Caviar ,Wine and many more .
