Sunder Deep College of Hotel Management (SDCHM) has been a pillar in the hospitality industry and an invaluable talent resource, as well as a beacon of hope for many aspiring students. SDCHM is one of the most esteemed and well-known hospitality management institutions in India. Prize-Winning in National Level Hospitality Ensemble

SDCHM students participated in the 13th Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble organized between 17th and 19th September 2014 organized by Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, New Delhi. BHMCT 3rd year student Ashish Kumar won 2nd prize in Cocktail Making Competition.

Participation in Atithya 2015 at CHMCT, Pune

Six SDCHM students along with a faculty escort went to Pune and participated in 3various hospitality skills related competitions held at national level and organized by All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society’s College of Hotel management & Catering Technology from 11th February to 13th February 2015.

Awards Winning in 11th NATIONAL HOSPITALITY TALENT HUNT COMPETITION under the aegis ``ABHYODAY-2015``

SDCHM students participated in ABHYODAYA 2015 a national level Hospitality skills related events fest organized by Amrapali Group of Institutes, Haldwani on 20th & 21st February 2015. SDCHM students were Winners of two major events out of five total events held.

Winners in All India Level Culinary Fest

SDCHM students participated and won prizes in Culinary Skills competitions held in HRIT Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad on 27th & 28th February 2015. Our student Himanshu was the winner of Fireless Cookery event.

Award Winning in D'OASIS 2015 at Meerut

SDCHM students participated in D’OASIS 2015 a state level Hospitality Events Fest organized by Dewan VS Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut on April 2015. Our BHMCT 6th Semester student Mr. Saurabh Sharma won the 1st Prize in Cocktail Making competition.

Campus Placement Drive 2019-2020

SDCHM organized a series of off and on campus placement drives for its passing out BHMCT & BA-HM students in the year 2019-2020. Hotels that provided job placement opportunities for our students include Hyatt Hotels, Park-Inn by Radisson, Crown Plaza, Barbeque Nations, Mosaic Hotel, Hyphen Hotel etc.

The mandatory six months industrial training for students of Sunderdeep College of Hotel Management ensures a berth for all its students in three stars to five star6 hotels. The students had training in Taj, The Grand Hyatt, Park Plaza, Clarks Group, Oberoi hotels and resorts some of the best names in the industry. Guest Lecture

Guest lecture taken by Mr. Saurabh Kumar, Lobby Manager Le’ Meredien New Delhi on “ Career Opportunity in Hospitality Industry”. He is an Alumni of Oberoi College of Learning and Development.

SDCHM launched an annual event namely Hospitality Ensamble-2019  for its hotel management students on 21th- 22nd October 2019.

Session on Wine Service

As a special academic activity, the BHMCT students are provided session on Wine Services as on 14th October 2015. Students are taught about opening of a wine bottle, using of right wine glasses, Wine Pouring and Wine Sniffing etc.

Session on Beer Service

Special Beverage Service Session focusing on Service of Beer was organized for BHMCT students with an aim to teach them hotel industry standard alcoholic beverages service procedures on 07th October 2015. Students learnt all aspects of beer service including the right beer pouring methods.


Blood Donation by Staff & Students

SDCHM students and faculty members donated blood in the blood donation camp held in SDGI campus.
