About the Department

MBA at SDEC – is a 2 year, full-time program, affiliated to AKTU University, Lucknow, with an intake of 120 seats. Our main focus is on imparting employability skills to our students through a judicious mix of core and elective courses, as per AKTU University curriculum. The program focuses on preparing students for the future through a curriculum enriched program, innovative teaching methods, personality development initiatives, and experiential learning, through critical thinking and problem solving, industry visits, and co-curricular activities.


To urge for excellence in providing higher education and to impart the Management education in a manner to exceed the expectations of all our stakeholders including the students, parents, industry, faculty members and employees and society at large by committing ourselves and our resources in effective & efficient manner and To be Centre of Excellence for developing corporate leaders at national and global level.

One of the core Strength of department lies on dedicated class room ,libraryand labs of the department. The prime focus of computer center& labs is to impart knowledge of Management studies and related fields by applying managerial skills in the form of real life applications. All labs are well equipped with modern facilities with WIFI. Department undertakes industry and research-oriented projects to give hands-on experience and exposure to the Students.


All the classrooms are spaciously designed with good ventilation are well furnished and fitted with modern teaching aids like OHP slide projectors & LCD Projectorand Air Conditioners.

Computer Lab

Computers are multipurpose tool. It provides wide access to unlimited information regarding everything. All the research work done is compiled and further analysed through various software

To encourage students with new business ideas and it will also include sessions on presentation skills, financial modelling, and legal considerations in a new venture.


The purpose of marketing research is to provide management with relevant, accurate, reliable, valid, and up to date market information.
