Sunderdeep college of Hotel Management organized a webinar on “Changing landscape of hotel Front Office Operation” on Friday. The chief speaker was Mr. Girish Chaudhary (Front office Manager, Jaypee Siddharth New Delhi).

“Teamwork is the secret that makes common people achieve uncommon result”.

After a motivational quote by Mr. Girish, he spoke about his career as a hotelier, including the scenarios he experienced from day to day, the challenges he experienced in the profession, and the elements that influenced the business and employment. Mr. Girish Chaudhary informed about new hotel standards that are adopted in the post Covid era. He stated that the industry will be safer and will take the required procedures to combat covid 19.

Sunderdeep College of Hotel Management on 19/05/2021 conducted a webinar on “Developing Individuals as professionals in Food & Beverage service”. The chief speaker was Mr. Naveen Mehta (F&B Director, Hotel Crowne Plaza, New Delhi). He inspired the students with his knowledge and expertise and encouraged students to understand, analyze, learn, and develop on every day basis as a Food and Beverage staff deals with new situations every day.

Mr. Mehta discuss about Time management, Cost containment, profitability, F & B fundamentals and what to do as a budding hotelier to prosper in the industry
