Workshop on Mexican cuisine and Beverages

Hotel Management has organised a workshop on Mexican cuisine and Beverages dated 03/11/23. The workshop has been carried out by our international guest Ms. Dulce Flores from Mexico. The Hon, ble VC sir welcomed the foreign Guest by presenting the bouquet and graced the occasion; the students learnt the skills of making Mexican foods and Drinks as well as sharing the cultures.

Dark Rum winter Cocktail Workshop

SD-IHM has organised workshop for students today dated 26/10/2023. The students have made varieties of Cocktails on Dark Rum based in the direction of Europe returned Mr. Ravi Chahar faculty of hotel management. The students eagerly learnt the varieties of cocktails.

The Food safety & Drugs administration department, Ghaziabad with SD-IHM has organized a one day work shop on Food safety and hygiene to aware the society and the professionals those direct and indirect involved with food handling. The Assit. Commissioner of Food safety Shri Vinit kumar and his team gave awareness and briefed about how society and professional can keep safe food and has closed watch on the adulteration and contamination. And further said, “In any circumstances the food and safety department is always ready for the service of the society” The objective of the workshop keeps awareness in the society to make better and healthy life of the people. The awareness can be carried out by the people for the people and of the people if every individual has closed eye on the adulteration and hygiene.

All the students of Sunder deep group of institution were present and participated in questions answer session. The students gained knowledge about Food safety and how to protect from contamination to make healthy life. The Director of Hotel management Prof.(Dr.) Harveer Singh and his staff were present and thanks to The Food safety & Drugs administration department, Ghaziabad for awareness the students.

Workshop on Food & beverage in GGIC, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad

The students of hotel management has done the workshop on Food & beverage in GGIC, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad on dated 24/01/2023. Hotel Management College has also shared the placement opportunities in this course and also engaged the students for the exposure of making different types of pastas and some mocktails.

Workshop on Spirits

Sunder Deep College of Hotel management conducted a Workshop on Spirits 23th January, 2023. The event was conducted by Ms. Yogita sheoran, Director, Business development & Logistic and Mr. Kunal Koul- Founder of Grape Xpectations. Students learnt the process of making spirits like Rum, Jin, Vodka, Whisky etc. from different verities of grains and also tasted the different types of spirits. Students had a great session of learning.
